*For ages infant through sixth grade, with divided age groups for the egg hunt*
We have included space for 6 children per family, if you run out of room, please submit the first form and then go back in and fill out a second form. Sorry for the inconvience.
Please select an age/grade for each child you sign up, so that we can have the correct band for them in your packet.
Please don't forget to submit your form, if you don't hit submit at the bottom of the page, or receive a confirmation email, then your registration did not go through.
